There are many locations that could work well as potential XP League centers! We recommend looking at community centers, YMCAs, Parks and Rec departments, and similar places that have kid-friendly spaces and good foot traffic to get your League started! Office spaces, churches, and retail spaces are also good places to look at for running your league, although you often lose the benefit of a built-in captive audience.

The location you choose is vital for the impression people have of your League. Taking some extra time to canvas all the potential locations in your territory is helpful for making sure you don't have buyer's remorse on your location down the road.

You want to make sure your location is easily accessible for parents, safe for kids, and can be set up to be an XP League center while you're in the space. Your Jumpstart Specialist will work with you to help you sort through the possible locations in your area and choose the best one.

During interviews I will usually ask specific questions to every candidate to get an idea of if they'll be a good fit, and I will compare them against my set up requirements. If they meet 3 requirements I'll consider them, if they meet 5 I'll probably be leaning towards hiring, if they meet 7 or more I'll pretty much always hire them.
